
Salsa
From Tina’s Cookbook
Ingredients
6 to 8 cups tomatoes, roma, diced and skinned
3 to 4 cups bell peppers
1 1/2 cups onions, chopped and diced
1 to 3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup vinegar
12 oz tomato paste
Directions
Mix well
Clean jars in a hot water bath - 30 minutes in boling water
This will make 5 to 6 pints. Double as needed.
