Salsa

From Tina’s Cookbook

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 cups tomatoes, roma, diced and skinned

  • 3 to 4 cups bell peppers

  • 1 1/2 cups onions, chopped and diced

  • 1 to 3 cloves garlic

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup vinegar

  • 12 oz tomato paste

Directions

  • Mix well

  • Clean jars in a hot water bath - 30 minutes in boling water

  • This will make 5 to 6 pints. Double as needed.
