
Ice Cream

Ingredients
9 oz Vanilla Sugar
8 egg yolks
3 cups Half and Half
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
Directions
Heat heavy cream and Half and Half to a simmer
Wisk egg yolks to a light and creamy consistency.
Slowly add surgar to eggs while wisking.
Once sugar is fully integrated, slowly ladel heated cream into the eggs, wisking to combine.
Once fully integrated, return to heat and bring to 170 degrees, stirring frequently.
Add flavoring and Vanilla extract, hhill to below 40 degrees.
Churn in ice cream maker until ready.
