Energy Bars

From Tina’s cookbook

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal

  • 2/3 cup toasted coconut

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup flax seed

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • pinch of salt

Directions

  • mix ingredients well, press into glass 9x9 pan

  • refridgerate for sevearl hours
