Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

  • Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

  • Ribs, as many as needed

  • Seasoning/sauce as needed

Directions

  • preheat smoker 180 degrees.

  • Smoke ribs, bone side down, for 2-3 hours. Add smoking tubes as needed or desired.

  • While ribs are smoking, make foil wraps for ribs.

  • Pull ribs, separate into single bone sections.

  • raise temperature to 275-325 degrees.

  • Season ribs. Place ribs into foil wraps and seal in foil.

  • Place back on smoker and heat to finish temperature, 204-205 degrees.
