
Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients
Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
Ribs, as many as needed
Seasoning/sauce as needed
Directions
preheat smoker 180 degrees.
Smoke ribs, bone side down, for 2-3 hours. Add smoking tubes as needed or desired.
While ribs are smoking, make foil wraps for ribs.
Pull ribs, separate into single bone sections.
raise temperature to 275-325 degrees.
Season ribs. Place ribs into foil wraps and seal in foil.
Place back on smoker and heat to finish temperature, 204-205 degrees.
